Kayak Breakfast
Hop in your kayak and take a leisurely paddle around to host piers. Feast on the treats provided by your hosts ... some will have more than just treats to make your paddle quite enjoyable and entertaining!
Hosts are required to sign-up by July 14th so we can make the appropriate plans for the event. We have a limit of 6 hosts so the kayakers will have enough time to get to every pier. Sign-up by using the "Volunteer" tab on this website. You do NOT have to do a theme - some of us just enjoy doing that but it is optional.
We ask that kayak participants sign-up for this event by August 3rd. This will help the hosts prepare enough food for you to enjoy. Guests of members are always welcome but please let us know if possible. Hosts will always make a little extra just in case. Those who sign-up will be sent a map showing the host sights a week before the event.
Kayak and paddle board rentals are available from Twin Lakes Boat Rentals 1(888)-251-2628 by the Sand Bar & Island Grill if you can't find one to borrow.
As always, this event is dependent on good weather. If things look questionable the day of the event we will send email notices to those who signed up to participate.
